Structure
The galvanised steel structure is painted with a baked epoxy-polyester resin with welded mesh panels with no internal protrusions to ensure player safety. Pillars and mesh are available in 7 colour ways at no extra cost and can also be customised to a RAL colour if required. Full specs available on request.
All of courts are manufactured to meet the technical standard established by the International Padel Federation (FIP).
Glass Panels
The glass panels are fixed onto 3m high pillars that are anchored into the ground. To reinforce the structure, metal brackets are used at the base of the pillars to support the glass. Glass is tempered with a thickness of 10mm or 12mm. To guarantee their durability and resistance, they are installed on a 5mm neoprene layer that reduces vibrations and minimises the risk of breakage. Our manufacturing process rigorously complies with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard to ensure maximum quality and safety.
Our tempered glass is 5 times stronger than ordinary glass and will only shatter into non-sharp fragments should breakage occur to minimise risk of injury. It offers perfect visibility and is durable and resistant in all weather conditions. It’s modern and stylish finish is easy to clean and maintain.
Lighting
Lighting is typically used for outdoor courts and is attached to the court framework. LED floodlights with 200w bulbs. There are 2 options to choose from – standard and swan neck and straight. Again, colours can be customised to the Client’s preference.

Turf
We provide 3 types of turf depending on the requirement of the project. Our turf is manufactured by leaders in their field: Mondo, Juta, Sterling and Real Turf. We can offer a variety of colours in 12mm high texturised and non texturised monofilament polyethylene fibre turf with silica sand infill. Please see below colour options:
Branding
Corner back posts and nets can all be colour customized and branded to the Client’s requirements.
